Stainless steel channel steel is a kind of elongated steel with a channel-shaped cross section. Like I-beam, stainless steel channel is divided into ordinary channel steel and light channel steel. Stainless steel channel steel is mainly used in industrial structures such as building structures and vehicle manufacturing, and channel steel is often used together with I-beam steel.

301 stainless steel is a metastable austenitic stainless steel, which has a completely austenitic structure under the condition of sufficient solid solution. Among stainless steels, 301 is the steel that is most easily strengthened by cold deformation. Through cold deformation processing, the strength and hardness of the steel can be improved, and sufficient plasticity and toughness can be retained. In addition, this steel has good rust resistance under atmospheric conditions. However, it has poor corrosion resistance in reducing media and poor corrosion resistance in chemical media such as acid, alkali and salt, so it is not recommended for harsh environments. 301 is mainly used in cold-worked state for equipment parts that bear higher loads, but also want to reduce the weight of the equipment and not rust. In addition, this steel is prone to work hardening when it is impacted by external forces, which can absorb more impact energy and provide more reliable security for equipment and personnel.
Type 301 is a chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel capable of high strength and ductility by cold working. It cannot be hardened by heat treatment. Type 301 is non-magnetic in the annealed state and becomes increasingly magnetic as it is cold worked. This chromium-nickel stainless steel alloy exhibits high strength and good ductility when cold worked. 301 stainless steel is an improved form of 304 stainless steel with lower chromium and nickel content to increase the work hardening range. Type 301 steel has comparable corrosion resistance to Types 302 and 304. Type 301 achieves the best corrosion resistance in cold worked and annealed conditions. Superior to Types 302 and 304 in the tempered condition because the higher elongation (achievable at a given strength level) facilitates manufacturing.

301 Characteristic machining technology

1D -- The surface has discontinuous granular shape, also known as fog surface.
Processing technology: hot rolling + annealing shot peening pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling.
2D - A slightly silvery white colour.
Processing technology: hot rolling + annealing shot peening pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling.
2B -- Silver white with better gloss and flatness than a 2D surface.
Processing technology: hot rolling + annealing shot peening pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling + quenching and tempering rolling.
Ba - Excellent surface gloss, high reflectivity, like a mirror surface.
Processing technology: hot rolling + annealing shot peening pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling + surface polishing + quenching and tempering rolling.
No.3 -- Good gloss, coarse grain surface.
